Gil Beyda, Founder & Managing Partner

Gil is a seasoned entrepreneur turned venture capitalist. Gil launched his first company Mind Games in 1982 to develop games for the original Apple II. Gil then started a software consulting firm with Fortune 100 clients in the U.S., Asia and Europe.

In 1995, Gil helped pioneer Internet advertising by founding Real Media, the first online ad network and ad server company. After Real Media was acquired in 2001, Gil pioneered the next wave of online advertising as CTO of TACODA, the first behavioral targeting, ad network. Following AOL’s acquisition of TACODA in 2007, Gil founded Genacast Ventures in partnership with Comcast Ventures.

Jordan Elpern-Waxman, Senior Associate

Jordan has played many key roles in the start-up ecosystem. During the dot-com bubble he worked as a Java developer, patent engineer and marketer for various Israeli start-ups. In 2004, he performed all external-facing technical functions at family remittance start-up UniTeller, leading to their subsequent exit. More recently Jordan looked at start-up acquisitions in the IT consulting and BPO space as Director, Corporate Development at Headstrong; and advised seed-stage digital media and ecommerce startups on navigating the financing landscape.

Jordan holds a BA in Computer Science and International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was on the Dean’s List.

Austin Neudecker, Associate

In 2004, Austin founded PressAudio, an audio news delivery start-up. Then he became a Project Manager at Mars & Co., managing new product launches, supply chain & pricing optimizations, and marketing allocation projects across a variety of industries. This past year, Austin was awarded Foundation Capital's Young Entrepreneur Award and was part of the Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC) team that took home the international championship.

Austin received E.E. & C.S. and Management Science degrees from MIT and is currently completing his MBA at the Wharton School of Business while serving as Co-President of the Entrepreneurship Club.
